This is the bottle-shaped Mature Wine Decanter without the stopper: an understated and versatile Water Carafe that follows the form of The Wine Glass and The Water Glass to complete your Jancis Collection.
It also fits in the fridge door, keeping your water - or wine - perfectly chilled.
Seconds, to us, represent the touch of the human hand in everything that we do. The maker may have been momentarily distracted, or twisted the blowing pipe a fraction too fast creating slight variations, but this is part of the nature and beauty of a truly hand-made piece.
This product has been categorised as ‘second quality’ which means that there might be slight imperfections relating to the overall weight or thickness and you may notice some cosmetic imperfections such as imperfect cutting or scratches and bubbles in the glass itself. Each item has been carefully chosen to ensure that it remains true to the function and aesthetic at the heart of our designs.

Pairing wine expertise and refined design, the Jancis Collection is the result of a truly collaborative cross-disciplinary partnership between the celebrated product designer Richard Brendon and world-renowned wine expert Jancis Robinson, OBE, MW.

Craftsmanship Story
Each piece in the collection has been mouth-blown by master craftspeople using beautifully bright, exceptionally light, lead free crystal. Despite their seemingly delicate nature, the glasses have been designed with practicality in mind, and as such are dishwasher safe.
Product Care
Wash by hand and dry using a lint-free polishing cloth, after rinsing out any wine residue.
The products in this collection are made with lead-free glass which makes them resistant to clouding. If you do notice clouding on your glass then you will need to wash with water-softening, glass-specific detergents or even vinegar.
