- 80 ml Sparkling Mead made with Lavender Honeyā ā
- 20ml Verjus
- ā 15ml Honey Syrupā ā
GARNISH - AĀ delicious whipped cream of goats cheese, honey, and roasted rye bread infused whole milk.
METHOD -Ā Shake all with ice except the sparkling mead. ā ā Pour over clear ice and top with sparkling mead. ā ā

- Handful of Strawberries ā
- Juice of 1 Limeā
- 1 Egg Whiteā
- 60ml Piscoā
- 30ml Sugar Syrupā
GARNISH - Sliced Strawberry and Limeā
METHOD - Blend the strawberries and strain the strawberry juice. ā Dry shake all the ingredients vigorously, and then shakeĀ over ice. Strain the mixture into a Prism Highball and garnish. ā

- 45 ml Aquavit
- 22.5 ml Aperitif wine, such as Cocchi Americano
- 15 ml Islay whisky
- 7.5 ml Triple sec
GARNISH -Ā GrapefruitĀ Peel
METHOD -Ā Stir in a Diamond mixing glass, strain over ice and garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel.

- 10ml @gimber_drink
- 75ml @newlondonlightĀ NLL
- 200ml @twelvebelow.tonic pear & cardamom
GARNISH -Ā Dried or fresh slice of pear and Star Anise
METHOD -Ā Place the NLL and gimber into a glass and give it a good stir. Add ice to the glass and top with the tonic.
