Delivery, Returns & Refunds

DELIVERY COSTS

UK: We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £100. Delivery on all UK orders under £100 is a flat rate of £5.

Europe: Delivery costs are dependent upon weight of shipment, calculated during check out.

USA: Delivery on all US orders is a flat rate of $20.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship The Jancis Robinson Original Collection, the Optic Collection and the Classic Cocktail Collection into the USA.

Rest of the World: Delivery costs are dependent upon weight of shipment, calculated during check out.  

FESTIVE DELIVERY TIMES

Our Studio is closed from 24th December - 5th January.

Orders placed after the 23rd December will be dispatched on 5th January.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing tracking number.

The standard delivery times once the order has been dispatched are below. However please be aware that some carriers may experience a backlog and a few delays after the Festive break.

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

UK: 1-2 working days with DPD.

Europe: 5-8 working days with UPS.

USA & Canada: 5-8 working days with UPS.

Rest of the World: from 5 working days with UPS.

Russia and China: Please note shipments to Russia and China may be subject to restrictions and delays. Please contact us before placing your order. 

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We have every confidence in our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@richardbrendon.com within 14 days from delivery of the product in its original condition for the team to process a refund. Returns that are damaged, used or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We kindly request customers to inform us of any damaged goods within 48 hours of the products being received so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please email us with your Richard Brendon order number and an image of the damaged product. 

Please note that any delivery costs related to the original order will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or imperfect. We ask you to cover the cost of returns if you change your mind.
