In early 2017 Richard Brendon partnered with New York’s internationally acclaimed Blue Hill restaurant and chef Dan Barber to supply tableware for their ground-breaking food waste pop-up, wastED.

wastED took up residence on the incredible rooftop of Selfridges department store for a month-long pop-up. The concept for the pop-up was to celebrate what chefs do every day on their menus: creating something delicious out of the ignored or un-coveted food that is otherwise discarded, encouraging new applications for what we now all too commonly refer to as “food waste”.
