We aim to dispatch your order within 24h of order confirmation (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Our "Made to Order" pieces are all individually handmade and bespoke, so please allow for a minimum of four weeks between order confirmation and dispatch.

All of our pieces arrive in a beautiful blue box with silver foiling, making them perfect for any gifting occasion. We can also include a personalised gift card in your parcel, so the recipient knows who to thank later. All you need to do is add this at checkout!

All of our crystal pieces, including our Jancis collection, is lead-free.

Our products are designed with practicality in mind, so you can enjoy using your pieces everyday. Please refer to our Product Care Page for specific care instructions.

We have a handy email alert tool on each of our product pages. If your product is out of stock, simply click on the "Email me when back in stock" button and enter your email address. As soon as our product is back in stock we will let you know!

We have every confidence in our products. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@richardbrendon.com within 14 days from delivery of the product in its original condition for the team to process a refund. 

Returns that are damaged, used or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We kindly request customers to inform us of any damaged goods within 48 hours of the products being received so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please email us with your order number and an image of the damage product, which will allow us to investigate the cause of the breakage.

Please note that any delivery costs related to the original order will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or imperfect. We ask you to cover the cost of returns if you change your mind.

We are incredibly proud to be working with some of the world's finest craftspeople in Stoke-on-Trent and Slovenia. Both of these places are rich in craftsmanship history. Indeed, Stoke-on-Trent is considered to be the home of British Ceramics, whilst Slovenia is renowned for it's glassblowing heritage.

Some of our products are "Made to Order", which means that your pieces are handmade bespoke for you! With that in mind, we normally allow for four weeks between order confirmation and dispatch.

Richard and Jancis were keen to create one wine glass, designed to bring out the best in every wine, whether this is a bold red, light white or vintage champagne.

They both agreed that although a different glass for each wine may increase potential pleasure by a few percent, there are only few people who have the space to store multiple wine glasses! Having one glass for all wines really made the most practical sense, and would ultimately make the whole wine drinking experience much more pleasurable.

Not only this, but the "classic" shapes for wines, for example, a smaller white wine glass and a flute for champagne, don't always suit the wine they're made for. A white wine needs just as much encouragement via a large bowl as a red and we coop up champagne's aromas in a flute.
