Where to find our Favourite Cocktails in London
To celebrate London Cocktail Week, the team at Richard Brendon did a bit of 'Market Research': in other words we frequented some of the best bars in London, and have shortlisted our favourite cocktails the city has to offer.

We're not mixologists (we rely on experts for this) but this didn't stop us from trying to recreate some of our favourites back at the studio in our Cut Crystal glasses.
Cavendish Americano at Lyaness Bar
Everyone's heard of an Americano (Vermouth, Bitters & Soda), but the renowned Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka "Mr Lyan" and his team have seen and raised this Italian classic, to create their own signature version including Patron Reposado, Aecorn sweet apéritif, Infinite Banana (it's a secret recipe created by Mr Lyan himself so we used Briottet Crème de Banane instead) and Ceylon Arrack.

Poetic Justice at Scarfes Bar
It comes as no surprise that a bar named after a renowned caricaturist would boast an equally characterful cocktail list. It was a tough call between "Tell me what you want", a number only fit for a Spice Girl, featuring mango wine and a unicorn, and the final winner. But Autumn calls for something warming: Poetic Justice (named after Hip Hop artist, Tupac) is made with Mizunara oak matured whiskey, Tonic Wine, Sassy Small Batch Cider, Maple Wood and Hazelnut.

Benvenuti at Connaught Bar
Is there anything more indulgent than champagne in a cocktail? Cannaught's interpretation is rather unexpected though: as part of their "Vanguard" collection, it's a cocktail that is intended to 'stoke curiosity and fire imaginations'. That is absolutely does, with Plantation Pineapple Rum, Martini Ambrato and Nepitella Syrup alongside our favourite, Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
