Best Cocktail Recipes for our Cocktail Collection
To celebrate the recent launch of The Cocktail Collection, we wanted to share with you our favourite cocktail recipes to pair with each piece in the collection.

Whisky Sour: Rocks Glass
- 60ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 30ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 15ml Pasteurised Egg White
- 15ml Pure Cane sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Lemon Peel
- 2 Maraschino Cherries
Reverse Dry Shake all ingredients before straining into a rocks glass with ice. Serve with lemon peel and Maraschino cherries.
Paloma: Highball
- 60ml Blanco Tequila
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 7.5ml Agave Syrup
- Soda Water
Shake all ingredients (except for the soda water) with ice and then strain into a highball, filled with ice. Top with soda water and serve with a slice of grapefruit and a salt rim.
Vodka: Shot Glass
When we’re lucky enough to have some really special Vodka to hand, we enjoy sipping it straight to make the most of the complex flavours.
Espresso Martini: Coupe Glass
- 45ml Vodka
- 30ml Freshly made Espresso Coffee
- 20ml Coffee Liqueur
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Serve topped with two coffee beans.
French Martini: Martini Glass
- 60ml Vodka
- 15ml Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 45ml Pineapple Juice
- Raspberry
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Serve with a single raspberry.
Anejo Tequila: Carafe
Of all the Tequilas, a flavourful and smoky añejo (or put simply, ‘aged’) is our favourite. Stack up the shot glasses and enjoy sharing with friends.
Neat Whisky: Water Jug
There are times when only a neat whisky will hit the spot. To take the edge off and release the all-important aromas, we like to add a splash of water.
Manhattan: Mixing Glass
- 60ml Vodka
- 15ml Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 45ml Pineapple Juice
- Raspberry
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Serve with a single raspberry.
Negroni: Ice Bucket
- 30ml Dry Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth
- Orange Slice
Pour all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice, stir and garnish with an orange slice.
