Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact email@example.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices are as set out on the website. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations.
If your order is In Stock we aim to despatch it within 2 working days and deliver it within 3 working days. If your order is not in stock please contact us on email@example.com to find out when it will be available.
If for any reason you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please call us as soon as possible. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed (i.e. packed and dispatched), it may be too late to cancel the order. However, you can return the order once it is received. In the event you refuse an order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible for any delivery charges related to that order.
Faulty / Damaged product
If any of your products have a manufacturing defect or are damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods with proof of the manufacturing defect or damage. We will replace the faulty product free of charge, or give you a full refund. If you receive damaged products you must contact us within 7 days to arrange for a refund or exchange. We will not refund products that have been damaged due to wear and tear.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will not refund delivery costs, and you will be responsible for the safe delivery of the goods back to our warehouse. Please return the goods with their original packaging. We will not refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care.
If you would like to exchange your products please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange your exchange.
Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Supply of Goods and Services Applying to Trade Customer
All orders are subject to the acceptance of the following Conditions. These Conditions take precedence over any other conditions presented by the Client. These Conditions cover all information contained in our catalogue and price list and are subject to change at our will.
Within these Terms and Conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings.
1.1 'the Client' shall mean the person, firm or company who has requested RB to provide Goods or Services or with whom RB contracts to provide Goods or Services.
1.2 'Goods' shall mean the articles which the Buyer agrees to buy from RB.
1.3 "the Supplier" shall mean Richard Brendon or RB.
1.4 "Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by RB.
1.5 "Delivery Date" means the date specified by RB when the Goods will be delivered.
2.1 The Client is legally bound upon receipt of an order confirmation by mail, fax or email from RB.
2.2 All prices indicated are without taxes and are in British pounds. Freight charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed. Prices can be modified at any time.
3.1 Delivery times are RB’sbest estimateand are for information only. Delays, caused by events beyond our control, cannot be used for claiming any damages or cancelling orders. The client can, however, request a reasonable Delivery Date.
3.2 Goods are normally shipped from our warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent, England. No claims will be accepted after 5 working days following receipt of Goods. The Client has the responsibility to notify RB of any damage to Goods with photographic evidence by acknowledged e-mail.
3.3 Damage to Goods cannot be used to justify non-payment to RB for any other outstanding amounts.
3.4 Delivery of Goods shall be made to the address stated within the purchase order and the point of delivery shall be nearest suitable and reasonable off load point for a heavy goods vehicle.
4.1 At the discretion of RB the Client shall pay the amount requested, or an agreed percentage thereof, based on a pro-forma invoice as order confirmation prior to the shipment of goods.
4.2 Where RB grants payment terms, payment is due for any Goods or services supplied thirty days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed by RB.
4.3 All bank charges are the Client’s responsibility when paying RB for goods. All payments must be in British pounds.
4.4 All Goods remains the property of RB until full and complete payment has been made.
4.5 At RB’s discretion new orders will not be shipped prior to full payment of all previous orders.
4.6 RB reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of Goods or supply of services without notice if the Client fails to make any payment as and when due.
5.1 The appearance and description of the Goods shall be set out in RB's catalogue.
5.2 RB may from time to time make changes in the specification of the Goods.
5.3 RB goods are handmade and minor variation between pieces may be experienced.
6.1 The return of Goods will not be accepted without written agreement of RB. All freight is at the Client's expense.
6.2 Any quality claims must be made within 5 working days following receipt of Goods.
7.0 THIRD PARTY
7.1 RB shall not be responsible for nor shall accept any penalties, costs or damages as a result of any undertakings from a third party.
7.2 RB shall not accept nor be required to accept any conditions offered to the Client by or from any third party.
8.0 SALE OR RETURN GOODS
8.1 Any damage or loss to Goods which are in the Client’s possession on sale or return will be invoiced to the Client. The Client must notify RB immediately should any damage or loss occur to sale or return Goods.
8.2 Goods returned to RB will be inspected; RB will invoice the client for any goods deemed unsaleable or damaged.
9.0 INABILITY TO SUPPLY
9.1 Should RB not be able to perform the services or supply the Goods ordered for reasons beyond its control RB shall not be liable for any loss thereby caused.
10.0 REGULATION OF DISPUTE
10.1 These Conditions and any contract of which they form part shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.
